Problems With Heated Seats Not Turning Off In 2006 Rx400H

New to Lexus...love the car...but the heated seats won't turn off. Dealership said not the switch...anybody else have this problem? If you have.. What was the problem? Thanks for any in site.

actually someone posted a similar issue with their RX not too long ago. I don't think they posted a solution but let me see if i can find the thread...

Redmond/Bellevue/Woodinville. Easy enough to troubleshoot with a DMM if you're nearby. Have the shop/repair manuals in hand.

So the dealership tech threw up his hands and said "not the switch, see you later!"? Didn't you ask what the problem is, then?
