trhardy Posted March 14, 2012 Share Posted March 14, 2012 Have '96 ES300, check engine light on. Advance Auto says two codes; PO130 and PO133. Both say "Bank 1, Sensor 1". Can anyone tell me how to locate the exact sensor on engine? I replaced one sensor several years ago, but I don't have full servide manuals. lexis lexus Posted March 15, 2012 Share Posted March 15, 2012 bank 1, sensor 1 is the 02 sensor located on the rearward exhaust manifold. difficult to get to but not impossible once you take the air filter box off. long open end wrench, not sure of the size. the connector is just below the throttle body. look at the connector for the front one to get the hang of how it opens. once you get your bearings, it takes about 10 minutes.
