Please Help! I Need Info About My Car Radio!

• I bought a new lexus is 250 back in 2007 and lost my manual. I am trying to install the blutooth system in my car but the installer is asking me: What kind of radio does your car have? I bought the basic model and has the basic radio, please help!

If an installer is asking a question like that, my recommendation is: RUN, RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!

Clearly the installer does not have the knowledge needed to install anything in your car. A compentent installer - and there are very few of them - will have all the information needed to do the job. Does your installer happen to wear a clown costume?

Brand of radio? Hard to say - I don't see the manufacturer's name printed on the face of the radio in the photos I'm looking at.

What type of Bluetooth system? Is the installer at one of those chain stores like "B.B"?

Attached are both audio system diagram from the ARRC website that are labeled as being for a 2007 IS250 - don't know which is applicable to your car.
