2012 Rx350 Voice Command Not Working

I have a 2012 RX350 - voice command has stop working consistently. 90% of the time it cannot hear a command. Service cannot find the problem. I'm ready to have this car returned. Has anyone else had the problem. Since the navigation system only works by voice, this is a huge problem.

Where did you get the information that the navigation only works by voice command.....that is false. It also works by keyboard input.. The only time it will only work by voice command is when the car is in gear and the car is moving. It is true that the voice recognition software with the Lexus leaves a lot to be desired, but I suggest you read your navigation manual fully and get back to us.
