kyle0k Posted February 24, 2004 Share Posted February 24, 2004 What does the ECT button do???like i know it changes at higher rpms but when your flooring it ,it doesnt matter b\c they car will automatically redline it for you no matter if you have etc on or off. kyle0k Posted February 24, 2004 Author Share Posted February 24, 2004 before i did a search and came up with nothing but just now i realized its b\c the only past 30 day function was on. so i did a search on it and i didnt find the main thread that like evry thread i found baout the button keeps reffering too but form all the small threads i got that it does nothing if ure flooring it. so if i wanted to rip off the line as fast as i could there would be nothing for me to do,other then put overdrive off. If i where gunning it whole time that wouldnt matter,but i found gunning it from start is horrible b\c tires jsut spin out for like couple seconds.
