Corrosion Perforation Warranty

Hi, I have a 2004 LX470 that has rust coming through (inside to outside) an area just in front of my gas filler door. The lower hinge that connects to the car body is also rusted. I've heard that there is a 12 year corrosion perforation warranty for Lexus, but can't seem to find the actual site. If anyone has information I'd appreciate hearing from you. Thanks, Rich

I googled "Lexus Body work warranty" and came up with this assuming the same cover applies in the US.

It would seem you are correct in thinking it's a 12 year warranty on most bodywork for inside out rusting.
