Melnod Posted April 21, 2011 Posted April 21, 2011 Anyone know how to increase the volume of the turn signal? I have a 2007 IS250 and sometimes I leave the turn signal on but don't hear it. So it stays on for a while until I see it (no the stereo is not blasting away). Is there something I can do or is this one for the dealer to do? Thanks
massimo Posted April 21, 2011 Posted April 21, 2011 I have the same problem. Furthemore, the steering wheel is obstrucvting the view of the blinking arrows on the dashboard.
cduluk Posted April 21, 2011 Posted April 21, 2011 Try to locate the speaker, it'll be somewhere under the dash. Once found, splice in a foot of wiring and relocate the speaker in a location where you'll be able to hear it. I actually had the opposite problem with my Rx300, it was too loud! So I found it and wrapped some foam around it to muffle the sound a little.
LEX-SV Posted August 19, 2011 Posted August 19, 2011 Lexus turn signals are quiet like Porsche turn signals, I'm used to it.
LEX-SV Posted August 25, 2011 Posted August 25, 2011 At least we have no comments about turning up volume on hearing aide. :)
