Changing Speakers. Help

i want to replace the back speakers on my lexus es 300 1994. and i get so close but i don't know how to get to them. if anyone would be able to walk me though it that woudl be so very helpful. thanks

you may want to check previous threads about this. the stock system is a high effeciency low power system so aftermarket speakers may be underpowered unless you do a total changeout...
