ls40098 Posted November 7, 2010 Posted November 7, 2010 Hi, I have a blown what I think to be fuse on my 1998 ls400. It is one of the larger orange square type with the clear top. (not sure what it is to be honest but I can see it is blown. How is this type of fuse removed ??? I have tried pulling on it but no luck. thanks in advance
1990LS400 Posted November 7, 2010 Posted November 7, 2010 Where is this "fuse" and what is it for? What is not working? I'm not seeing a square red fuse in my similar 2000 LS400. The fuse puller for standard fuses should be in the fuse box under the hood if it hasn't been lost.
steve2006 Posted November 7, 2010 Posted November 7, 2010 It sounds like one of the engine compartment fuses? If it is there is no easy way as it is bolted in from underneath meaning you have to partly dismantle the fuse box to get to it,
