That was it, once the bolts were removed it slid right out. thx

Hi, I have a blown what I think to be fuse on my 1998 ls400. It is one of the larger orange square type with the clear top. (not sure what it is to be honest but I can see it is blown. How is this type of fuse removed ??? I have tried pulling on it but no luck. thanks in advance
