Navigation/touch Screen Follow-Up

For those of you who followed my lengthy saga with Lexus over my ruined touch screen due to my sticking a suction cup on the screen, I am pleased to report that Lexus and I have come to a very reasonable solution to the problem....much better than the original $13,000!! Thanks for all your helpful comments, not so much thanks for the obnoxious ones!!!

I don't recall that thread, but if you got Lexus to kick in to replace your screen after you ruined it by putting a suction cup on it (why would it even occur to you that was a good idea?)...thats truly a gift.

did they offer to "switch" yours with another car's? That's what Lexus offered me after they broke my nav unit after doing a repair on the car...
