How To Tell If You Have The Front Wiper De-Icer?

Does anyone know how to determine if you have the front wiper deicer system installed on your RX400h? I see it listed as an option but on my windshield, the bottom is all blacked out with no visible heating elements like on the liftgate glass. I found a 25A fuse for the "FR DEF" under the dash but I don't think this necessarily means the deicer is installed.

You should see the brown defroster stripes under where the wipers park. I have them although could not find how to turn them in until after winter. I assumed it went on with the rear defogger, but later found it was part of the climate controls on the computer. Nor at all intuitive. Look forward to using it next winter.
