es300man Posted January 30, 2004 Posted January 30, 2004 Had my transmission oil and filter changed last week and recently took it on the highway. I noticed that I was pumping out about 3000 rpms at 70 mph. I don't recall the engine reving that high at that speed before. Anybody know why new fluid would keep the OD from working properly?
SKperformance Posted January 30, 2004 Posted January 30, 2004 how do you knwo the o/d is not working does the rpms change easily with the gas pedal? you may not have reconnected the wire that goes over the filter properly or not filled it with enough fluid causing it to not engage properly
jmail188 Posted August 30, 2004 Posted August 30, 2004 Did you ever get a solution to the transmission not shifting into overdrive?
