Seat Belt Latch

Hi all, The drivers seat belt latch is broken and neads to be replaced. Where would be a good place to get one other then a dealer?

Safety belts are warranted for life per government regulations. Call a Lexus dealer and arrange for the part to be replaced, at no charge.

Problem is I live an hour and a halve from the nearest dealer.

side question on that.... does that also include the slack? each of the belts do not seem to retract as quickly back into the latch. I have to guide them in each time.
