Just Got Factory Radio Now No Sound

OK I just recieved my factory radio for my GS300 and I am getting no sound. Before i had and aftermarket radio and i had to run new wires through out the car but never disconnected the speakers. Is it not giving me sound because I need to get the Factory AMP? Some one please help
