homemechanic Posted February 11, 2010 Posted February 11, 2010 Hi Guys! Please give me some price estimates as to the price of a used 2008 ES350. It's a dealership loaner car with Navigation and 21,000 miles. Thanks guys!
RBT75 Posted February 11, 2010 Posted February 11, 2010 The best bet is to check edmunds.com and other similar sites. I would estimate low to mid 30's. I would also go to www.zag.com and click on buy a car (it's all intuitive). I configured the 2010 ES with the below. This is probably close to an exact match of the 2008. And below is exactly how the car comes configured (I just got one) FULL-SIZE SPARE TIRE W/17" ALLOY WHEEL (FS) HEATED & VENTILATED FRONT SEATS (HH) HIGH-INTENSITY DISCHARGE (HID) HEADLAMPS (HL) INTUITIVE PARKING ASSIST (PA) NAVIGATION SYSTEM (NV) WOOD & LEATHER-TRIMMED STEERING WHEEL (WU) You can get this EXACT car from a dealer 23.5 miles from zip 94108 (I assume close to your location) for 37,044 which is $500 below invoice. Refrence this price vs. your 2008 as a guide too. It will be a bit more, but the 2010's have some nice updates, NO milage and 2.9% financing. For the extra couple grand it's probably worth going new in my opinion.
RBT75 Posted February 11, 2010 Posted February 11, 2010 I messed up. her is the configuration, butthe price was accurate FULL-SIZE SPARE TIRE W/17" ALLOY WHEEL (FS) HEATED & VENTILATED FRONT SEATS (HH) HIGH-INTENSITY DISCHARGE (HID) HEADLAMPS (HL) INTUITIVE PARKING ASSIST (PA) NAVIGATION SYSTEM (NV) WOOD & LEATHER-TRIMMED STEERING WHEEL (WU)
joeb427 Posted February 11, 2010 Posted February 11, 2010 I'd never buy a loaner car. Many people abuse loaners.
SW03ES Posted February 11, 2010 Posted February 11, 2010 Yeah thats exactly what my thinking was. Those are 21,000 hard miles on that loaner car.
Lexusfreak Posted February 11, 2010 Posted February 11, 2010 I'd never buy a loaner car. Many people abuse loaners. I would have to agree...find a 1 owner one instead.
mhawkin1 Posted February 12, 2010 Posted February 12, 2010 Just repetitive at this point, but I would NEVER buy a loaner!
