  1. If you are in NJ you can get a real nice price on the 2010. 3k manufac to dealer credit! Pays for NAVI. Use website zag.com (very intuitive) incentive ends 11/01 Pricing for Your Requested Vehicle {configurator_texas_disclaimer} INVOICE MSRP MEMBER PRICE Base $33,467 $36,050 $30,617 Options $4,201 $5,165 $4,201 Incentives $0 $0 $0 TOTAL $37,668 $41,215 $34,818 Savings off MSRP: $6,397
  2. The USB cords that came with my Ipod dont work. I get a message saying that is was not meant for this device or somethign like that? Has anyone had this problem or more importanlty found a USB cord that works with an Iphone? Thought I'd check here before calling the dealer. Thanks!
  3. Personally I'd look at new and compare prices. Use www.zag.com and use the price you get there as your top price and then get quotes from other dealers. When I did this the spread was 4-5k. To me this was worth it. Particularly if you are going to have the car for awhile. If you don’t want to do the new car you can use the new car price to help negotiate a better used car price. With the 2010 ES the extra bells and whistles they added are nice and worth the few extra bucks.
  4. I messed up. her is the configuration, butthe price was accurate FULL-SIZE SPARE TIRE W/17" ALLOY WHEEL (FS) HEATED & VENTILATED FRONT SEATS (HH) HIGH-INTENSITY DISCHARGE (HID) HEADLAMPS (HL) INTUITIVE PARKING ASSIST (PA) NAVIGATION SYSTEM (NV) WOOD & LEATHER-TRIMMED STEERING WHEEL (WU)
  5. The best bet is to check edmunds.com and other similar sites. I would estimate low to mid 30's. I would also go to www.zag.com and click on buy a car (it's all intuitive). I configured the 2010 ES with the below. This is probably close to an exact match of the 2008. And below is exactly how the car comes configured (I just got one) FULL-SIZE SPARE TIRE W/17" ALLOY WHEEL (FS) HEATED & VENTILATED FRONT SEATS (HH) HIGH-INTENSITY DISCHARGE (HID) HEADLAMPS (HL) INTUITIVE PARKING ASSIST (PA) NAVIGATION SYSTEM (NV) WOOD & LEATHER-TRIMMED STEERING WHEEL (WU) You can get this EXACT car from a dealer 23.5 miles from zip 94108 (I assume close to your location) for 37,044 which is $500 below invoice. Refrence this price vs. your 2008 as a guide too. It will be a bit more, but the 2010's have some nice updates, NO milage and 2.9% financing. For the extra couple grand it's probably worth going new in my opinion.
  6. I would imagine since they are semi-permanatly attached they are not the new mats. I just got a new 2010 and took those semi attached mats out and got some all weather mats. The problem as I have read it was that people were stacking all weather mats on the carpet mats and they would slide into pedal. There is considerable distance between the mat and pedal so personally I don't see the problem and will simply be ready to use neutral IF somethign ever happened.
  7. Just bought a new 2010 ES. Unfortunately someone just smashed the front when it was parked (467 miles). Left a note so it should be taken care of. Anyway, I ended up getting connected to a local dealer through a site www.zag.com The purchase was done at $200 over invoice with absolutley no haggle or BS. I used this price as leverage to get other quotes. I actually got an offer for $650 less ($450 under invoice, they were basically willing to eat the advertising fee) but didn't take it cause the dealer was far away and my local dealer (Lexus of Cherry Hill) has a free ($150 credit per tire) tires for life program. Bottom line, most people in this forum know EXACTLY what they want and buying through this website or at least using it for leverage will make your next buy the best experiance you've had.
