Ok so i just got this ES250 and it has some issues i am rather stumped about your help is greatly appreciated here we go...

1) extremly high idle - after starting the car from cold it idles at 2500 rpms I have cleaned the IAC the throttle body and changed the TPS still nothing.

2) Temp gage- After running for a bit the needle on the gage doesn't move at all and the engine is warm to the touch

3) Rad and A/C fans- When turning the key to the on position both fans are constantly running even from a cold start the a/c and electric rad fan is on.

4) Hard starting- The car is hard to start on a cold start you have to pump the pettle while cranking and after starting there is a strong exhaust smell.

again any help with any of the above issues would be greatly appreciated thanks!

sounds like you have multiple issues, first of all I would look for a vaccuum leak, everywhere from where the intake manifold meets the head to the air filter and everywhere in between; spray with wd 40 or carb cleaner listening for a change in rpm...

scan the computer see if there are any codes.. sounds like a temp sensor or wiring to the temp sensor

check the fuel pressure...possible fuel pump issue

does the car have a mass airflow sensor, or a MAP sensor? could be dirty or defective...

check all the vaccuum lines is there one or more disconnected or leaking?

listen to the car, think, its trying to tell you whats wrong....
