Windshield water pump does not work I have water in the tank but do here the motor run when I push the washer spray button in the car. On most Toyota/Lexus vehicles, access to the washer pump is by peeling away the forward part of the liner in the wheel well -- may sound difficult but one of my a bro-in-laws recently did exactly that to replace the washer pump on his Camry in just a few minutes.
