hey guys!

I found this 04 rx330 on ebay with the "performance package", and looking at the pictures i noticed a few extra buttons all the other Rx330/350/400h's i've seen don't have.

There's this button:

which i know is for the ride height.

But what's this one? And what about the red one below it?

here's the rx330 on ebay:

This is from a car RX with Sport Package. The first one is the height control switch that makes the vehicle go up and down and the second controls the shocks so when you stop, you hit that button to lower the vehicle to make it easier to get out.

That's really cool! I didn't know the Rx came with that feature.. I knew the LX or GX does, but didn't know it was an option for the Rx...

I'd love to see that in action :D

My '04 RX330 has that option. The sport package also includes automatic leveling for towing, but also usefull when you have something heavy in the back.

You'll also notice that the performance/sport package comes with the sport shift/tip-tronic shifter too.

Are the Rx330's with the performance package any... well, better performing speed wise? Are they any faster than the standard Rx330?

IMO i don't think the performance package really makes a difference in terms of overall 0-60, speed and power. I think it may help out when taking some fast corners, but then again the RX is goverened at 180KMPH or 112MPH.

There is no actual performance increase for the engine itself.

Tranmission wise maybe you get a better feel when shifting?

But overall....No.
