I dealt with this right after buying my '92 and can lend a lot of points, don't know how I missed this thread. Mine was leaking too and the nipple on the intake tube was broken off just like yours. I

Just wanted to update here..... idle-up has been plugged... all smoking is gone! The leak was from the return hose... its been replaced and no leaks! Hope this takes care of things for awhile.
