Are you looking for the nav and camera ? Or just someone to do the install ?

I hope you're aware of the enormous expense for this type of upgrade?? I only mention this because there are very few, if any, qualified installers that would do a perfect job in retrofitting a factory nav unit in your '02. Did you consider a dash mounted GPS like a Garmin or other brands. They basically are very satisfactory, and a whole lot cheaper.

An in-dash navigation unit sure looks nice.

I spent about 30 minutes yesterday installing a Garmin 260W GPS on a bracket in my wife's 11 year old Camry -- the power cord is mostly hidden behind the center console and the Garmin turns on and off automatically with the ignition switch. Total cost including the 260W from Costco, a Panavise "Garmin to AMPS" conversion bracket from eBay and a AMPS extension bracket from Pro.Fit was about $190. It ain't in-dash but it sure is slick ... and inexpensive.
