Trouble Deciding Between Models

I was hoping some of the members more in the lexus know could help me.

I'm having some trouble deciding between an 06 gs300 and an 07 es350.

I know the GS is supposed higher on the food chain, but I wondered in general what opinions are and if the extra year on the ES puts it above the GS?

Any advice is appreciated.

I do know there were some first year issues with the 06 GS and the 07 ES.

It really comes down to personal preference. The GS is sportier, smaller inside, rides firmer. Its RWD or AWD vs FWD for the ES. I think the GS has a nicer interior.

Thanks for the reply. I drove both and guess I'm just more of a GS kinda guy. I did fit in the ES better (6'4 and 260) but the ride on the GS fit what I was looking for better.
