2jz Gte Swap Into Gs 300 Advise?

i just bought a 94 gs 300 with 216,000 miles on it for $1,300 and am wanting to swap the engine with the 2jz gte but am not sure where to start. I need some advise on what all i have to do to make this happen and make this car go.

94 huh? Hmmm, might wanna look at a 1JZ swap instead. Alot cheaper, better fit, and just as much possiblities without the 2GTE hassles.
