10-way Passenger Seat

I thought I might save some money by buying a 2005 or 2006 model. But I really want the 10-way adjustable passenger seat from the ES350. My tinkering nature tells me I should just be able to get the 10-way seat off a 350 from the junkyard, and put it in the 300/330. And yet my tinkering intuition often leads me to take on foolhardy projects.

I didn't see any postings in the forums talking about this, so any help/thoughts would be nice.

You mean the extending bottom on the UL ES350? Because the seat in the ES300/330 is 10 way also... My guess is that seat will be very hard to find in a junkyard and it will be abhorantly expensive from the dealer.

I think you'll find the ES330's seats are great....
