Please Help! Climate Control Wont Turn Off. Please Help.

My Climate Control is always on and won't shut off when I press OFF button. I can change the mode and the temperature, only OFF button unresponsive. I'm wondering if I disconnect the battery would it fix the problem?

Please advise what else can i do.

It is 2004 GS300.

There is no code required for the radio.

OK, I've done that (disconnected and reconnected the battery). The climate control was off when I turned the car on, but it won't turn off again. I'm lost, i have no idea what the problem is?!

is this non nav climate control assy?

if so just replace it and see if it continues to do this....they are cheap from junkyards
