Sammosti Posted February 26, 2009 Share Posted February 26, 2009 Fellows, I have recently replace my trunk lift supports. It was almost easy. No need for heat or anything, just a little muscle. Anyway, after replacing both lifts I noticed that I can't open my trunk with my key anymore!! At first I though I might have got a much stronger lifts that it jam up the lock. But that's not the case because I can still open the trunk with the button inside the car. rekit Posted February 27, 2009 Share Posted February 27, 2009 That is messed up! If it's not too much trouble, undo them and see if the key will work.
