DuaneG Posted February 24, 2009 Share Posted February 24, 2009 So I replaced my front brakes (not OEM) for the first time this past weekend and, while taking the worn right front off, I misplaced the clip for the sensor wire. I got an e-clip and put it back together and I thought everything was fine. BTW the previous owner cut the sensor wire on the left side. When I started the car, the brake sensor light came on..and stayed on. When I call the dewlership, they said that I need the clip, but they do not sell it. The question is? Do I need the clip?
