My display was like that after I got it back from the recall repairs. I told the service writer and he pressed the buttons for climate and audio, and the screen worked for them. He then pressed the button Display, and it was back to normal. To be sure, I turned off the car and restarted it. It was fine since. I hope it's this simple for you.
