Need Help Check Engine Light On

Hi All, I'm new here and need of some help, I search around and found nothing if this is a repost I'm sorry, my 99 gs300 check engine light came on and went to autozone to to use there scan tool and it came out P0135 which was the heated oxygen sensor bank 1 sensor 1 any idea where this sensor is if anybody can help me out, want to try and change it myself if I could, I'm going to the dealer soon to check on pricing for this sensor or if anyone can point me to where I can get this OEM part at the least expensive as possible, if anyone can tell me where this is located or where I can get OEM parts I would appreciate their help, thank you in advance.

I get my sensors from rockauto.com The dealer will just be overpriced for the same product. This write up is for bank 1 sensor two, the only difference is you'll be changing the sensor before the cat. Its pretty easy to change the o2 sensor.
