Enola Straight
I know about the petcock valve on the bottom of the radiator, but where is the plug to drain coolant from the block?

Enola Straight
why? I'm going to drain, flush, and refill with fresh coolant; I haven't done it in years, and I think I'm overdue. :(
1990LS400
As Kingjack said, remove the lower radiator hose to drain the block -- that's the standard way of doing it on all cars. I guess you could suck out any that doesn't come out with a small rotary pump -- I bought one at the hardware store for about $10-$15; it has a handle like a fishing reel.
