nsxtech
Im a new owner, and unlike my usual m o, I decided to read BEFORE attempting to put a starter in my 98 470, especially as I couldn't even FIND the darn thing. So I searched in this forum, "where is starter" and the third or fourth find was a person who had the same question, did the job, and did a 13 step write up. He said it took him 6.5 hours, but knowing what he now knew, he could do it in 3. Well, using air tools and more important- write up in hand, I did the jod in less than 2 hours. Including reading, putting away tools, and a test drive to QT for a XXX Vitamin Water as a reward, I'm done and tools are away IN 3 HOURS FLAT. This forum, and the owner who took the time to do the write up- ABSOLUTLY ROCK :D
