'04 Lexus Rx330 Smelled burning

Another normal day, and bam I smelled something burning under the steering wheel area.

Car still runs and drives but the hazards stay on regardless, Door Ajar light.  dome light  all malfunctioning.

I've checked fuse after fuse and now my obd plug says it cannot connect. Sound like the ecm.

I replaced the hazard relay fuse checked the turn signal relay and fuses all around any helps appreciated thx
