Analog To Digital Switch

Has anyone discovered a way around the analog to digital switch for mobile tv tuners? Sadly for me, my state is making the switch this Feb. I totally enjoy having a tv tuner in my car to catch up on news etc while sitting at my sons lacrosse/football practices on cold evenings. I am hoping someone has come up with a simple product that will convert the signal for mobile tv tuners. I know I always have the option of satellite tv, but I am not crazy about the thought of a dome on my roof top. Thought maybe some of you who are more knowledgeable of the high tech devices may know what is available.

If i have ever seen an absolute waste of goverment resources to switch to digital this one is it.

I wonder who could be behind this push.
