wswgs400 Posted October 31, 2008 Share Posted October 31, 2008 I drive a 2000 GS400 that runs great, 94K miles, no issues - just had 90k service. I live in Mass. and went to have the state inspection done. It failed and the reason given was the the ODB onboard computer would not communicate with the state diagnostics machine. I have had no warning lights, service engine, etc. that would give any indication that there is a problem before this. Has anyone had a similar issue? Interesting there was an issue with my car only - the 3 before me went fine from what the mechanic said. Good to know though - thanks. Wonder how I'll resolve this - I don't think another station will make any difference so I may have to get the ODB checked out to be sure....
