A bulletin came out in January 2004 for this problem of the radio remaining muted after ending a bluetooth call. It requires the replacing of the ML amplifier. gordonw Posted October 28, 2008 Share Posted October 28, 2008 Just go to the dealer. You have to go them to get the amplifier anyway. If your vehicle is under warranty, the repair will be covered. If its not then you may have to pay. A manufacturers technical bulletin, is just that , a technical bulletin. It does not extend your warranty. Just find a good dealership you can work with.
