Drive Belt Sound Like Dying Cat

I have an 02 GS300. I have been having many problems but this one is the most annoying so far.

I usually leave the house early while there is still morning dew on the car. When I turn on the car my drive belt squeels. It usually stops when the car warms up but lately it has been doin It even after the car warms. Has anyone had a simailar problems?Should I replace the belt? Please advise

I'd replace the belt with a goodyear gatorback belt, and check the tensioner...

I agree with spawn... sounds like a worn belt or tensioner problem... ;)
