SW03ES Posted September 18, 2008 Share Posted September 18, 2008 UL denotes the Ultra Luxury option. On the LS it includes a suede headliner, power/memory/massaging rear seats, laser/radar cruise control, air suspension, leather dash trim. No UL package on the ES until the 2007 ES350, on the ES350 it includes upgraded leather, the Mark Levinson audio, a panoramic (all glass) roof. Its simply the top package.
