Stereo And Air Con Not Working

Hi There,

Being new to my 92 LS400 im not sure what the problem is. I have lights come on the buttons on the centre console for the fans and the fan blows air, the AC light comes on but it doesnt blow cool air.

Also the stereo does not work at all, no lights or anything, I had a look at the fuse box and the white ALT 120A fuse is blown but I dont know if replacing this will fix the problem with the stereo and ac? Because both problems seem to be electrical and with the centre console is it a case of just a blown fuse or something a whole lot bigger?

If any fuses are blown they should be replaced..

replace all the blown fuses, should fix your problem

Hi Thanks for your help,

I have replaced the blown fuses but I still have the same problem, no cool air from the air con and I cannot get the radio or CD player to even turn on, let alone work. Have no idea what it could be maybe a bad connecting wire, anyhow ill take it to a dealership and see what they say!
