well about the cabin air filter thats the a/c filter behind the glove box.. to reset that all u have to do is where the air conditioner controls are is you hold the off button until u hear a beep then the message board should tell you cabin filter reset, about your engine air filter very very simple with your hood up and you facing the car look at the front left hand side... pop up that cover and you should see a black box, jus loosen up the clips and up it comes then jus simply replace filters... very very simple im not sure how anything can go wrong lol GOOD LUCK!!

I know that on the LS430 you hold the off button and u here a beep and it resets, try that if not check the owners manual should be in there

replace all the blown fuses, should fix your problem if not let us know

most of you may already know me from the 300zx vs LS430 well im a 16 year old from south florida turning 17 this month.. WOO!! i have an 01 LS430 that i got as a present from my dad, I've been working my a** off trying to pay gas cause every one tells me i must put ultimate so yeah... but i managed to put tints 5% all around and i put LED's on the interior i have a little bit of money saved but trying to see how much everything would cost me and whats in my budget I was thinking of lowering the car 1.5 but not sure what it would cost me and how good it would be for my car, since its a daily driver. I was interested of putting 21'' white 9 spoke rims but im trying to look for a good deal with those My friend is very good with electronics and he wired up my LED lights for me and did very good clean job so he's going to put blue strobes on and white neon under the car what do you guys think of lowering my car, what do you recomend, what am i looking to pay for it? so i installed blue LED's under the dash on both sides and attached a switch so i can turn it on and off came out NICE!! gona put 2 more on the back this weekend to another switch what more does everyone suggest i do?

its so illegal lol, tint laws i think are 35 in front and 15 in the back. my nieghbor is a cop he loves them and most of the time my windows are down so its not to much of a problem, but at night OMG 4get it you cant see a damn thing, my reverse lights make things a little easier when backing up but i have to roll down the windows when i turn cause its wayy to dark i put LED's under the dash today blue looks real nice, ill post pictures a little later

definitly and im really considering getting one cause im loving the automatic start and also in my nieghborhood the standard lexus alarm just duznt cut it anymore...

i was thinking about putting maybe a clifford or viper alarm system with automatic start, any of you have it on your ls430's mine is a 2001 and i want an automatic start but im not sure if aftermarket is a good idea on the lexus, please tell me what you think guys

his car isnt fixed yet he got his pistons replaced and whole bunch of work done to the car and can let it loose just yet he has to wait 1000 miles to break it in.. plus he quit he told me i would win so yeah.. but i have another friend i might race who has a 300zx as well, i'll see how that goes cause he also having problems... As for the buttond behind the pedal, thats not what i have looks similiar though, mine is a black rubber round peice that just sits there and it duznt let the pedal hit the floor, :-D
