I am looking to lease an 09 RX350 with NAV and Premium Plus for 3 year, 15K miles with $0 down. The dealer is offering $995 drive off and $599 monthly payment including tax. The price comes to $39.7K

Is this a good deal? I live in San Francisco Bay area. I hear in Southern California you get a better deal.
