Rattle In The Dash. Anyone Else Have This?

i have noticed lately that there is a rattle that is occurring in the center of the dash/air condition vents. I have the issue of squeeks in the dash that there is a tsib to have a dash quieting kits put in that i know i have/will do. anyone have this rattle that sounds like a loose washer in the dash area?

I had a pretty bad rattle in the dash so I took it in for that tsib as well as the brake pad tsib and the first free oil change. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes with my loaner (that includes the time it took for me to take the technician for a ride on the freeway). Everything was fixed, no more rattle, no more brake dust or squeaks. I'm so impressed with Lexus and these boards for all their info.
