Engine Code P0440 And Door Actuator

Im new to the world of lexus does anyone know a possible fix to this engine code? *edit* its a p0430 engine code. sorry for the confusion. i know for a fact its not a vacuum leak. anything would be appreciated. One more question. where can i find cheap lexus parts online? i need a door lock actuator. thanks in advance.
