I have the original key fob and it works fine, and I just bought one on ebay with the same FCC#'s. I read that when you go thru the programming procedures you actually program the vehicle-not the key fob!!!! Is this the case? I don't want to mess up the original. I bought this one for backup purposes in case of a loss or stolen situation. Now, for the programming!!! I would appreciate a scanned copy of how to program this new fob. It could be e-mailed to fittvr@yahoo.com Thanks in advance for your help. Oh by the way it's for a 1997 ES300 with 209,342 miles and doesn't smoke a bit.
