'07 Is 250 Voice Recognition And Bluetooth

I recently purchased a 2007 IS 250 with Nav/bluetooth etc.. and the system is having a problem getting the dial by number correct - almost all of the time. Does anyone know if there is a way to train the system to your voice? I don't have any particular accent, yet I do have a low voice. The system understands my girlfriend much better and has a dramatically better success rate, but she's not always in the car when I need to use the system. Aside from the obvious solutions, like speed dial, etc... does anyone know if there's a way to train the system? On a second note... does anyone know where the bluetooth antenna is located?
