What Is The Difference In A Gs300/400 And A Sc300/400 Drivetrain Wise?

I am looking for a solid dependable daily driver and I have decided to get a older Lexus. either a sc300/400 or a GS300/400...

I like either of them and i know one is 2 door and 1 is 4 door ....but what is difference in drivetrain? or is it same?
