oaltairao
I've scoured the net for MONTHS for an answer to this problem. I finally thought I figured it out here.. http://home.vicnet.net.au/~pgscott/dashrepair/dashrepair.htm "The capacitors make the top of the dash go off...are labelled on the board "C203" and "C220" - which are 6.3V 10uF." "The bottom display not working on cold mornings is a faulty transistor - labelled "TR109" on the board" I took apart my dash and it's sitting on my desk, and I looked for the components.. Unfortunately the boards on the SC300 aren't the same as the ones in the Soarer!!! So my question is.. Does ANYONE know the proper components I need to replace to get my dash working? My bottom and top of the display aren't working.. And now I have no dash in my car period! Please let me know, thanks a lot in advance. -Donovan
JIBBBY
You know the junk yards sell clusters... You can even pick one up with lower miles on it which I don't recommend....
oaltairao
I really don't want to go that route. About a month ago the display turned back on and worked flawlessly. (It was about 90 degrees that day) And my mileage was correct, so I'd like to just fix the unit I have. Anyone have any information? -Donovan
