Where Can I Get An Aftermarket Bulb?

One of the HID bulbs on my 98 LS400 went out. The local dealers do not have one in stock and are asking $350+ for the OEM bulb. Does anyone know of a reliable source for a bulb online? Also how badly will the bulbs differ if I only replace one rather than both bulbs?
