joes300 Posted November 14, 2002 Share Posted November 14, 2002 I own a 93 es300 and after it warms up there's this loud noise that sounds sorta like a valve clacking but i'm not entirely sure. bbsal Posted January 4, 2004 Share Posted January 4, 2004 were exactly is the sound coming from?the top of the motor or bottom.like sk said if it was the valve it would get quieter when the engine warms up not louder.a rod would be noisy hot or cold.check and try to see were the noise is coming from better then repost.hope you find it!
