Hid For Low Beam And Fogs Light

I bought 6000K H11 for low beam at Xenondepot and I installed HID eight month ago. Recently I realized that my fogs light doesn't work, so I went to dealer today. They said to me that my fogs light is NOT UNDER WRRANTY since I installed HID. I thought that the HID kit just plugs into the factory headlight harness, there are no connection that had to be made.

Anyone know any relationship between HID for low beam and fogs light????

There is no association other than the turnsignal/light stalk , take the HID's out and try another dealer who is not so ignorant.
